By the sounds of it they are saying you don't use the car enough to log a data track of distance and mileage etc. I would remove your phone connection from the car Bluetooth system and your phone. I would then add it again make sure internet box is ticked and shared hopefully that will work.

It should say on your phone settings allow data/internet services. There is a box on the Nav screen to allow phone options which I think it says something similar. I will double check later as not near my car.

Went out the car and in the Bluetooth settings I pressed the mobile data check box and saved it. I went back in and it was unchecked 🤔.

All the mobile data stuff is checked on my phone. It is really frustrating and Vauxhall have been no help whatsoever.

I would disconnect and forget the Bluetooth connection on the phone and the car. Then add the connection again ticking the Mobile data box and see if it then works.

Thanks for taking the time with me on this. Bloody hell I am going around in circles. Anyhow. I removed the Bluetooth etc. Pressed the phone button under the screen, got to settings but it is greyed out so cannot press the mobile data box. But when I put the Bluetooth back on its there. I have responded back to Vauxhall for fuller and clearer guideance on this.

I am in am unable to get mine working yet but to get your vehicle data on the My vauxhall app you just need to have normal Bluetooth connection same as using your phone, to get live navigation you need to connect your phone using Bluetooth tethering this then let's the car info system to use your phone's internet connection, this is when you can click on the data tab and it will stay connected.

Took it for a run to the nearest speed camera and it works 😁. Even shows a motorway blockage oh happy days.

Good to hear it works now. I haven't purchased the speed camera alerts yet I will do at some point.
